Building Trades Unite: Thousands Raised to Support Blood Cancer Patients
On Thursday, May 29th, the annual NEPA building trades unions gathered at R-Bar and Grill in Nanticoke, PA for another fantastic event! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised thousands of dollars—all of which will go directly toward helping blood cancer patients cover essential out-of-pocket expenses through the LLBF mission.
A special thank you goes out to our Northeast Region Leader, Ryan Evans, and the entire NEPA building trades union community for their passionate support. We are also deeply grateful to Milwaukee Tool for their unwavering commitment and for donating thousands of dollars’ worth of tools to our raffle.
It was a wonderful evening filled with camaraderie and generosity—thank you to everyone who made it such a success!
LLBF Impact Story of the Month!
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the Live Like Brent Foundation was able to make a meaningful difference for a 22-year-old battling Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma in his left tibia. His diagnosis left him unable to bear weight on his left leg, making daily life a challenge.
With the help of your donations, we covered the cost of a custom brace designed specifically for his needs. This brace has given him greater mobility and independence, allowing him to regain some normalcy during a difficult time. Your support truly changes lives—thank you for helping us provide hope and practical assistance to patients like him. Click below to donate and ensure this support continues, grows, and expands!
